It makes perfect sense to me. You can’t drink in a liquor store and you can’t have sex in a sex shop so why should you be able to smoke in a smoke shop?
Just another of our silly laws. After all you can’t buy alcohol in Washington on Sundays in honor of the holiness of the day but then again beer and wine are ok? I guess if you get falling down drunk on beer its not as big a sin as buying bourbon. (Mind you, its ok to drink it on Sunday, just not buy it.)
