Obfuscate and masticate

I think that the Bush government's ideal of obfuscating information and making it as incomprehensible as possible has finally reached its apex.
Does anyone have the slightest clue, looking at this new food pyramid, of what they're supposed to be eating?
This is the new pyramid for kids. Any kids out there figure it out?
